William Hughes

     Inspired by the family recipes of his great-grandmother Adeline, Chef William Hughes creates new innovative dishes and brings a modern touch to the traditional Maryland favorites at Laurel Park and Pimlico Race Course.

     Chef Hughes opened several successful Baltimore Restaurants to include Liberatore’s Restaurant and Claddaugh Pub before joining the Maryland Jockey Club. 

     He depends on the fresh ingredients to let the flavor of the food come out.
