LAUREL, MD – Jagger Inc. and Longball Stables’ 5-year-old mare Paper Mansion will chase a seventh consecutive victory, eighth on the grass and 12th overall when live racing resumes at Laurel Park Friday marking the eagerly awaited start of turf season in Maryland.

LAUREL, MD – Following the success of its inaugural event over the winter, the Baltimore Animal Rescue & Care Shelter (BARCS) will host a Spring Fling Mega Adopt-a-Thon Saturday at historic Pimlico Race Course.

The Spring Fling Mega Adopt-a-Thon is the largest adoption event in the Baltimore area and surrounding counties and will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the second-floor grandstand and Triple Crown Room.
