CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: top female trainer in Maryland for eight straight years (1998-2005) …saddled Water Cannon to three stakes victories in 2004 (Miracle Wood, Private Terms and Tesio Stakes) and competed in the Preakness…voted outstanding trainer in the state that year by MTHA… saddled six Maryland Million winners, which ranks seventh on the all-time list…won a pair of races on Maryland’s day at the races twice: 2007 with Regal Solo (Nursery) and Off The Glass (Starter Handicap) and 1998 Perfect Challenge (Lassie) and Miss Angelina (Distaff Starter)…trained multiple stakes winner Perfect To A Tee, winner of three added money races in Maryland in 1999, including the Maryland Million Classic and William Donald Schaefer Handicap (Grade III)…won the 2009 Maryland Million Starter Handicap with Amazin Sun…maiden victory was Turkish Taffy at Laurel Park in 1989.

2010 SEASON: finished eighth in the local standings with 30 victories from just 98 starters… Twelve Pack Shelly set a 4 ½ furlong track record in her debut on Apr. 8 and ran in the Grade III Kentucky Juvenile against the boys on Kentucky Derby weekend, following the same path as Gator Prowl a year earlier…Twelve Pack Shelly finished the year with four wins in seven starts with stakes victories at Monmouth Park and Charles Town…Gator Prowl won Marshua Stakes.
