Join us at Laurel Park as we mark the 25th anniversary of September 11 with a meaningful day of remembrance, gratitude and community. Together, we will honor the lives lost, recognize the courage and sacrifice of first responders, and show our appreciation for the local heroes who continue to serve our communities every day.

This event is open to the public, and all are welcome.

A Day of Recognition and Remembrance

  • Commemorative 9/11 pin for guests, while supplies last

  • Live Thoroughbred racing throughout the afternoon

  • A special 25th-anniversary remembrance ceremony at approximately 2:00 PM in the Winner’s Circle

Event Schedule

  • 11:00 AM: Gates Open

  • 12:00 PM: First Race

  • Approximately 2:00 PM: 25th Anniversary of 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony – Winner’s Circle
