Any device – smart phone, laptop, tablet, etc that is Wi-Fi enabled.
Do I need to download an app to use MJC Mobile?
No, MJC Mobile is a web based application and requires no special application or download.
Where can I use MJC Mobile?
Use is currently limited to on track. MJC Mobile can only be accessed while on the grounds of Pimlico.
Can I use a cellular connection to use MJC Mobile?
Yes, but the quality of connection is dependent on your carrier’s presence on track.
Can I wager on tracks other than Pimlico or Laurel?
Yes, all simulcast tracks that are physically available at the track can be wagered through MJC Mobile.
How do I use MJC Mobile?
Open an account at any mutuels window. There is a $20 minimum starting balance.
The daily account deposit voucher will contain both account and pin numbers. Then you connect to the system through the track Wi-Fi or your cellular provider. Go to https://www.laurelpark.com/mjc-mobile/mymjc. Detailed instructions can be found in the Quick Start Guide.
Can I use a credit or debit card to establish an account?
No, you can only use cash.
How do I collect my winnings?
Present your daily account voucher to any mutuels window to collect your winnings. Remember that voucher is a bearer instrument. If lost or destroyed, you may forfeit your initial deposit as well as any winnings.
If I place a bet and one of my choices is a late scratch, will I get a refund?
Yes, but you must wait until the race is run and official before your account will be refunded. Some multi-leg wagers like Pick 3's and 4's award post time favorites for late scratches.
What happens if I have an IRS winner?
Winning tickets that pay at a rate of 300 to 1 or better are subject to IRS withholdings. Take your daily account voucher to an IRS mutuels window to have your winnings released.

How do I add money to my existing account?

Can I withdraw money from my existing account?
In order to withdraw money from your account, you must close out the account. Partial withdrawals are not allowed. Go to any mutuels window. See MJC Mobile Account Management for the specific procedure.
Can I cancel a bet?
Yes, go to the main menu and under the Review My Bets section there is an option to cancel wagers on races that have yet to run.
