Will Remain Open for Simulcast Wagering    

 Racing Resumes Monday with $250,000 General George (G3)

LAUREL, MD. 02/14/15 ---Laurel Park announced today it will cancel its Sunday live racing program Feb. 15 due to dangerous, frigid temperatures that are expected to arrive in the area overnight.

            Laurel will be open Sunday for simulcast wagering.

            Sunday's races, which were drawn Thursday, will be moved to Friday, Feb. 20.

            Live racing returns Monday, Feb. 16 with a holiday program and the 37th running of the $250,000 General George for 3-year-olds and up at seven furlongs.
