LAUREL, MD – There will be carryovers in the 20-cent Rainbow 6 and $1 Super Hi-5 for Saturday’s stakes-filled 11-race Winter Carnival program at Laurel Park.
 
Two horses were live to take down the Rainbow 6 heading into Friday’s ninth race finale, won by Cyndara ($10), growing the jackpot carryover to $3,384.63. Tickets with five of six winners were worth $81.48.

Laurel Cancels Final Six Races Friday Due to High Winds

LAUREL, MD – High winds forced the Maryland Jockey Club to cancel the final six races of Friday’s card at Laurel Park.
 
Management made the decision to cancel prior to the fourth race, which marked the start of the 20-cent Rainbow 6 sequence. The popular multi-race wager will have a jackpot carryover of $2,045 for Saturday.
